Welcome to Drama Stories ("Drama Stories", "we", "us", or "our").
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Drama Stories mobile application and related services (collectively, the "App" or "Services").
By downloading, accessing, or using Drama Stories, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the App.
1. About Drama Stories
Drama Stories is an entertainment application that provides users with access to video and story-based content.
The App is designed to provide a convenient entertainment experience and may allow users to continue watching content from approximately where they previously stopped.
Drama Stories does not require users to create an account or sign in to use the App.
2. Eligibility
You may use Drama Stories only if you are legally permitted to use the App under the laws applicable to you.
If you are under the applicable age of digital consent or otherwise require parental or guardian permission to use the App, you should use the App only with the appropriate permission and supervision.
By using the App, you represent that your use of the App is lawful and does not violate any applicable law or regulation.
3. Use of the App
You may use Drama Stories for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms.
You agree that you will not:
- Use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

- Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, transmit, sell, rent, license, or commercially exploit content made available through the App without appropriate authorization.
- Use automated systems, bots, scrapers, crawlers, or similar tools to access or collect information from the App without our permission.
- Circumvent, disable, interfere with, or attempt to bypass any security, access-control, or technical protection mechanism.
- Use the App in a manner that could damage, overload, or impair the App or negatively affect other users.
- Use the App to violate the rights of any person or organization.
4. Video and Story Content
Drama Stories may provide access to videos, stories, images, text, graphics, audio, artwork, descriptions, and other entertainment materials ("Content").
Content may be provided directly by Drama Stories or through third-party content providers, licensors, platforms, or other sources.
Content may be changed, updated, replaced, removed, or become unavailable from time to time.
We do not guarantee that any particular video, story, episode, series, or other Content will remain available for any specific period.
5. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the Drama Stories application, including its software, design, branding, logos, graphics, user interface, text, and original materials, is owned by or licensed to Drama Stories and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The names, logos, images, videos, stories, trademarks, characters, artwork, and other materials belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.
Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any intellectual property rights in the App or its Content.
6. Limited License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use Drama Stories for your personal entertainment purposes.
This license does not permit you to reproduce, redistribute, modify, publicly display, publicly perform, sell, license, or commercially exploit the App or its Content unless expressly authorized by us or the applicable rights holder.
7. Content Availability
We make reasonable efforts to keep Drama Stories available and functioning, but we do not guarantee that the App or any Content will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical problems.
Content availability may vary depending on location, device, internet connection, licensing arrangements, technical limitations, or other factors.
We may temporarily suspend, restrict, modify, or discontinue any part of the App where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, technical reasons, legal requirements, or other legitimate business purposes.
8. Internet Connection and Device Requirements
Use of Drama Stories may require an internet connection and a compatible device.
You are responsible for obtaining and maintaining the device, internet connection, operating system, and other equipment necessary to use the App.
Your mobile network provider or internet service provider may charge you for data usage. Such charges are your responsibility.
9. Viewing Progress
Drama Stories may use a device identifier or similar technical mechanism to remember your video or story viewing progress.
This functionality allows the App to help you continue watching content from approximately where you previously stopped.
Viewing progress may be lost if you uninstall the App, clear application data, reset your device, change devices, or if technical circumstances prevent the App from retrieving previously stored progress.
We do not guarantee that viewing progress will always be preserved.
10. Third-Party Services
Drama Stories may use or interact with third-party services, platforms, technologies, hosting providers, content providers, analytics providers, advertising providers, or other service providers.
Third-party services may operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
We are not responsible for the independent practices, policies, availability, or performance of third-party services.

Advertisements may be provided by third-party advertising providers.
We do not necessarily endorse or guarantee the products, services, claims, or offers presented by third-party advertisers.
Any interaction or transaction between you and an advertiser is primarily between you and the relevant advertiser.
12. Prohibited Activities
You must not use Drama Stories to:
- Commit or facilitate illegal activities.
- Infringe copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights.
- Attempt to obtain unauthorized access to our systems.
- Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful software.
- Attempt to interfere with the App or its infrastructure.
- Misuse or exploit technical vulnerabilities.
- Scrape or systematically collect App data without authorization.
- Impersonate Drama Stories or another person or organization.
- Use the App to harass, threaten, defraud, or harm another person.
- Use the App for commercial exploitation without our written permission.
13. Content Standards and User Safety
Drama Stories is intended to provide entertainment content.
We do not intentionally provide or promote content designed to exploit, abuse, or harm users.
We may remove, restrict, replace, or disable access to Content where we reasonably believe that the Content violates applicable law, intellectual property rights, platform requirements, safety standards, or these Terms.
We may also take appropriate action where necessary to protect users, the App, our rights, or third parties.
14. Copyright Complaints
We respect intellectual property rights.
If you believe that Content available through Drama Stories infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please contact us with sufficient information to allow us to investigate the complaint.
We may review and take appropriate action regarding valid infringement complaints in accordance with applicable law.
15. No Warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Drama Stories is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee that:
- The App will always be available.
- The App will be completely error-free.
- The App will operate without interruption.
- All Content will always be available.
- The App will be compatible with every device.
- Technical problems will always be resolved immediately.
To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms.
16. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Drama Stories and its operators, affiliates, licensors, service providers, and representatives will not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of the App.
This includes, where legally permitted, loss of data, loss of access, interruption of service, device-related issues, or loss resulting from reliance on Content available through the App.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
17. Changes to the App
We may modify, update, improve, suspend, or discontinue any part of Drama Stories at any time.
This may include changes to the App's design, features, Content, functionality, technical requirements, or availability.
18. Suspension or Termination
Because Drama Stories does not require users to maintain accounts, we may restrict or prevent access to the App or particular features where reasonably necessary.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in India, without giving effect to conflict-of-law principles to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of Drama Stories shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India, subject to applicable law.

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be interpreted or modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable where legally permitted.
The remaining provisions of these Terms will continue to remain in effect.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the terms governing your use of Drama Stories.
